Dear Surfer:

This month, we started recording. We've got 15 songs for our new CD, but probably won't include all of them. Jack had a hard time on some of the songs and the process is taking much longer than I expected. I'm the engineer and it's hard work!

We had one show on the 6th at the R Bar and I have to thank Morgan for being responsible for getting people out. Nearly everyone there was a friend of hers. Without her in the band, we would have had one person in the audience, which is pretty sad. After all these years, you'd think we'd have a following in NYC but the cold simple fact of the matter is that we do not. It's depressing!

Special thanks to Michelle and Ivana for the fabulous after party at their apartment afterwards. Good times!

Aside from that one gig and the long recording process, that's all that happened this month. Marco and I took a trip to Italy from the 16th to the 26th. I had a couple of gigs with buzzuniverse this month but will save the details of those for my personal MySpace blog.
