When will my CD arrive?

In the USA, your CD will arrive in 3-10 days, depending if the band is on tour. Remember, by purchasing directly from the band, you are eliminating the band's costs of outside vendors. CCNow does deduct handling charges, and there are envelopes and other expenses involved. But outside vendors can charge the band up to $5 per CD!

What happens if my CD arrives damaged in the mail?

Just let us know and we will send You another one immediately. Free of charge.

How much does it cost to ship?

USA: $2.00 for one item
$3.00 for two items, $5.00 up to 10 items, $8.00 up to 20 items, $10.00 up to 50 items

Outside the USA: $5.00 for one item
$7.00 for two items, $10.00 for 5 items
