This DVD is a mix of footage from various shows and appearances provided by fans
and television appearances from 2005 and 2006 as well as some static camera footage of the band's first show of 2007.

The band's 2007 tour schedule is much lighter than in previous years and so Stefanie Seskin decided to release this DVD for the fans of the band who may not have much opportunity to see the band live again.
