I must say that I was thrilled to witness the fantastic show that you put on at the River West Commons Tonight. It’s late and I should be sleeping to get ready for a busy day tomorrow (today), but I am still enthralled. It’s a shame that I got there so late that I didn’t hear the whole set. It’s also a shame that it took me so long to discover the talent that you all have and put into your show wholeheartedly. Personally, I am a big Prince fan, and when he steps into his jazzy grooves or just does a jam session, I really get pulled in. Honestly that is how I felt, listening to your music…and seeing the energy that was put into it. There are some great musicians out there, but I haven’t heard another that causes such a soulful, playful, funky, rockin’, energetic connection. You can feel the jazziness mixed with the funk with each musician complementing each others sound. And, you can get lost in admiration as the smooth vocals precisely back an outstanding lead singer. Thank you.
